Held several offices such as: Electrical Engineering Departmental Examination Officer and SIWES Coordinator; Ag. Head, Department of Electrical Engineering (2015-2018) and Pioneer Ag. Head, Department of Computer Engineering (2018-2022); Deputy Director, ICTC (Mar 2022 – Mar 2025); Chairman, University’s Website Optimisation Committee; Maiden Chairman, Faculty of Engineering Conference Planning Committee. Married to Mrs. Dayibara Sunny-Orike with three children (Chukwuoma, Chukwumbana and Chukwumela).
